Common Questions
Why do I need to answer a question to enter?
Each competition includes a skill-based qualifying question. You must answer it correctly before submitting an entry. This helps ensure that competitions involve skill, knowledge, or judgement rather than being based purely on chance.
How are results confirmed?
Only valid entries with the correct skill-question answer are eligible. Each competition page explains the entry limits, closing date, result process, and verification steps before you enter.
Is there a free entry route?
Yes. Each qualifying competition has a no-purchase-needed postal entry route. Free postal entries are handled on equal terms with paid online entries, subject to the same eligibility, skill-question, and closing-date rules.
How are prizes claimed?
Prize recipients are notified by email after the competition closes and verification is complete. Prize claim windows and delivery details are shown in the competition rules.
Is my payment information safe?
All online payments are processed by an accredited payment provider. Your card details are never stored or accessed by Pick N Win.
Can I control my participation?
Yes. You can set account participation limits, entry limits, and account pauses in your account settings at any time.
How many entries can I submit?
Each competition has a maximum number of entries per person, shown on the competition page. This limit applies to paid online entries and free postal entries.
What happens if a competition is cancelled?
If the Promoter cancels a paid-entry competition, paid online entrants receive a refund to their original payment method. Free postal entrants are notified where required under the competition rules.
Do I need to be in Ireland to enter?
Competitions are open to residents of the Republic of Ireland. You must be 18 or older.
